trying to upgrade to latest snapshot

Hello,

sysupgrade -s
it says /bsd.upgrade is not u+x

and bsd.upgrade is missing this bit,

$ ls -l /bsd.upgrade 
-rw-------  1 root  wheel  4725952 Nov 17 18:47 /bsd.upgrade

should I set it manually and boot into it pointing loader manually?
