Yes, but nothing to be concerned about assuming you have
used cron(8) in the past.

You should do a 'man 5 crontab'.  OpenBSD cron can be looked
like an enhanced cron.  One difference is '-s', it makes my
like much easier :)

Note, unlike Linux, OpenBSD man pages has everything you
need.  When I started using OpenBSD a few years ago, I spent
months reading man pages, starting with 'man afterboot'.

If something confused me, I then asked about it, but really,
hardly anything was confusing to me about the information in
the manuals.
