This looks like a build issue with -stable packages, which have copied the tars from release rather than building fresh when the PKGNAME was unchanged, so @depend lines were incorrect. (The tgz are different due to being re- signed but ungzip them and the tars are identical, and different than if you build yourself from 7.6-stable).
