Thanks, that clarifies things a lot. It seems my ISP requires a GUA on the external interface for routing to work, but fortunately (like you) assigning a /64 (or /128) from the /56 prefix to the external interface works. When I was trying to get things to work, at some point I had two "request prefix delegation on em1" lines, one with just "for {em1}" and the other for the internal interfaces. This worked, but I later noticed that that resulted in me successfully getting *two* /56 prefixes. That was a bit surprising, so I changed things to the one prefix. Regards, Jurjen
