I suspect it is either something you have done wrong, or you have some
unusual HW setup. Either way, your problem report is not useful.
So...tell us exactly what you are doing, exactly what you are doing it on,
and what you are doing that's different than the rest of us who aren't
having this problem, and maybe we can help. It would be nice to see a dmesg,
but I realize that's a little difficult on a system that won't boot.
SOME important bits:
BIOS vs UEFI boot
OpenBSD version?
HW run on?
Softraid?
What are you booting from?
multiple disks?
multibooting?
Exactly what error messages are you seeing at exactly what point?
