Are you sure that the router had a valid NDP entry for
fd00:172:17:170:c57c:a20c:2d74:124 at this point?


The router doesn't have a valid NDP entry. It has a NDP entry for an address ifconfig says is deprecated. If I force the use of this deprecated address with "ping -I" the response are received.

I have to verify if it always stops if pltime reaches zero.
