Somebody I know has a mainboard with Realtek chipset with 2.5Gb rate and runs Windows 11. On Auto mode, the card "jumps" and locks on 100Mb mode in a 1Gb network. Then after a few minutes the traffic "dies" with a 125Kb/sec transfer rate. If I put it manually to 1Gb rate, it "dies" again. We changed many versions of the driver from manufacturer and Realtek itself. No change. I put another 1Gb old card on the PCIe and things are fine.
