Updates are currently broken for gstreamer1-plugins-good, it will need a fix in the port + new set of packages. If you don't want to wait, pkg_delete gstreamer1-plugins-good, let it remove any packages depending on it, then pkg_add -u and reinstall any deleted packages that you need.
