I've upgraded from 7.4 to 7.5 and had no issues with the Raspberry Pi 4 model B. Ethernet works for me - during the installation and afterwards. I use it as a home server.
To connect to it, I use the serial console. The root storage device is a USB (v3.X) stick, and it's encrypted with a keydisk. No SD card (it broke some time ago).
