Hmmm, I don't believe "inconvenience" for an OpenBSD user motivates folks who create OpenBSD packages.
Look at this another way, you could create py3-certbot-dns-cloudflare package, and submit it to OpenBSD ports list for inclusion as a supported package, with you as the developer.
