patch-008 missing in CVS repo

Of the recently announced OpenBSD 7.3 patches 006 through 009,
008 cannot be found on CVSweb.

And even after cvs update, sys/kern/exec_elf.c remains unfixed.

But, I was able to find patch-008 on GitHub.
