I realize I'm coming in late to this discussion, and may not actually have anything of value to add, but... I'm not sure how NDP proxying and NAT are related at all. I seems to me that NDP proxying is more akin to proxy ARP than NAT: http://man.openbsd.org/arp#s Andy
