hardkernel makes the odroid-h3/h3+. i haven't used this new generation, but my home firewall is an odroid-h2+ (the previous generation) and i use it with their 4-port pci nic addon card for a total of 6 rge(4) interfaces. they work good so far in veb(4). there's uart on the pin header but i've never tried it.
