this is just a huge THANK YOU message... for whatever reason, i have been "trying" to get my openbsd router working correctly for many moons...
no reason to explain all of the mistaken paths i have had, but finally, between the faq at https://www.openbsd.org/faq/pf/example1.html and the example-directory notes, im finally able to get it working... i had also been trying to follow the openbsdrouterguide website, but had been having issues with that one too - and notice that the example given in the faq is just simpler to understand... maybe my "knowledge" has finally come up the learning curve, but i also believe the "teaching" from the documentation has again improved - so just, again, thanx... sincerely, harold f.
