Cross-build ARM64 on AMD64. Any starting pointers?

Hello, I want to build ARM64 on my OpenBSD/amd64 machine. Any suggestions
on there to start with? I spent some time in qemu-aarch64, but while it is
working it is obviously pretty slow.
