Unfortunately manpage for login.conf does not give any example, only
brief description:

setenv envlist A list of environment
                                            variables and associated
values to be set for the
                                            class.

so if I would like to set for example global variable MY_ENV=DEV for all users
and any login method, then what should I put here instead of XXXXXX?

default:\
        :path=/usr/bin /bin /usr/sbin /sbin /usr/X11R6/bin /usr/local/bin
/usr/local/sbin:\
        :umask=022:\
        :setenv=XXXXXX:\
        :...blabla...:\
