What server are you using? cdn.openbsd.org? Try to use one of the mirrors directly. If you use a CDN, then sysupgrade might get connected to one mirror and pkg_add might be served by another. You might end up with a snapshot mix as the mirrors are not synchronized at exactly the same time. Best Regards, Stefan
