The last proof of activity comes from /var/www/logs/access_log 81.57.55.246 - - [11/Feb/2006:23:58:38 +0100] ... AFAICS the box did not reach it's one o'clock cronjob which rsyncs the content of /var/www to a backup server. Well, at least it did not complete it for sure. BTW the backup server runs 3.8 on the same hardware except for the sizes of disks. It is in production for more than a month and never had problems. What can I do to prevent the problem form happening again ? Is my hardware unsafe ? Regards, Thierry.
