How stable is RK3399 (ARM64) now as desktop computer? (PCI, Xorg, NIC, USB, SD)

What are your experiences of RK3399's base stability, also PCI, Xorg
using firmware framebuffer, ethernet, USB, microSD?

Would you recommend it to someone, is it as stable as an Intel Atom
SBC?
