Based on your insightful response, I think that a machine's fail/back/
fail again while relinking may lead to some problems. What would these
problems be and how could one try to mitigate these problems? If I am
not wrong, a good UPS is one solution. Are there any additional
precautions using the base/packages without resorting to resflash?
