Well, there are probably additional reasons too, but my father happily runs OpenBSD. Of course, he needs to be able to turn the computer off. But he does not in any way understand networking. I've been places where ifconfig urtwn0 scan produces about 50 wifi connections. Which ones are safe? Which ones are evil, trick connections in order to screw over anybody that connects? Or perhaps to let all through safely but make the data rate "spamd slow". After all the years he has used OpenBSD, he still hasn't read the FAQ. Things work, dad happy. :-} Chris Bennett
