Unfortunately NT4 predates the BCD but I managed to do something similar by adding the following line to C:\boot.ini: C:\openbsd.pbr="OpenBSD" I still wonder why it wouldn't boot from the partition directly but at least it works and I'm happy to report that OpenBSD performs remarkablywell on this old hardware (PIII 800 MHz, 128 MB RAM).
