Well, this problem just magically went away, and all I did was complain about it here and run syspatch and fw_update regularly. Are there any chances that someone fixed it? Or should I attribute this problem and its solution to something else other than OpenBSD? I looked at the changelog from 6.3 to -current but didn't see anything that could justify this.
