Does it reboot itself without of any message? Try to break in boot(8) menu (by clicking any key when boot prompt created) and boot kernel in single user mode (boot -s).
If it does not help, boot from flash/cdrom (as you probably done accroding to dmesg) and fsck your harddrive/ssd partitions. Are they clean?
