My x130e has no problems booting -current miniroot62.fs from USB. Video works fine ("ATI Radeon HD 6310"). dmesg below. Did you boot from OpenBSd powered-off state or soft reboot after running Windows? It's possible that Windows leaves devices in a state where OpenBSD cannot use them. BTW this machine used to be an E-450 as well, however something broke on the mainboard so the system would not see the battery anymore. At the time I could only find an E-300 mainboard to replace it but it's been working fine since.
