Can't type question mark (?) during installation of openbsd 6.1

Hello,

During the installation of openbsd 6.1, I selected the default keyboard. Most 
of the keys work except for some symbols such as  "<" (shift ,) ">" (shift .) 
and "?" (shift /). Typing shift / simply produces a "/" instead of "?", as if I 
am not holding down the shift key. My keyboard is a Sharkoon Tactix with US 
layout. Any ideas how to resolve this?
