Hi Vijay, thank you for your question as I learned about the "-q"-switch for abcde. Interested I tried it last night and noticed that it is not working on my amd64-current box. Actually this is compliant with the man page as this switch is listed but not explained (but it is on the Ubuntu-based Linux-box I cross-checked). How did you manage to use this switch on OpenBSD? Beside this I would second Simon on choosing the 'flac' format. Best, STEFAN
