I am a musician, and if I could I would easily spend 12+ hours per day playing, composing, recording and mixing music. But I have a job and family, so music takes a second seat to that. There are times where I can't even pick up an instrument for days at a time. That's life. But I always come back to it whenever I get the chance, and sometimes I have the time to focus heavily on music. OpenBSD should be no different for you.
