what is the purpose of the Cleared line of the
interface statistics?  if i read pfctl(8) correctly,
only tables can have their statistics cleared/zeroed
(the table command is "zero", and not "clear", perhaps
because the latter could evoke "removing all elements
of the table", although in other parts of the manpage
"flush" is used for this kind of operation)
