If the ramdisk shipped with all possible device nodes, the small
ramdisk filesystem would run out of inodes.

The installer script compensates for this by creating device nodes it
knows will be needed, so normally you don't have to think about this.
Because the install script does not support FDE installs at present,
the /dev/rsd3c device node is not created automatically.
