There are one too many books on UNIX and system administration.  These
apply directly to OpenBSD, given you figure out the translation between
operating systems.  This is what any classical expert professional does.

You can successfully handle system administration with OpenBSD, it works
extremely well as a companion UNIX operating system & handles all roles.

Professionals usually master many operating systems in a heterogeneous
environment.  Mostly the result of evolving choices and experience path.

As part of growing the UNIX system administrator expertise, these
specialist multidisciplinary technicians have a common pattern of
converging towards UNIX with Linux, BSD and flavours of OpenBSD.
