Hi Matt, Logitech QuickCam Pro 5000 comes is two models: UVC and non-UVC[0]. Please verify that your camera is the V-UAX16[1], not the V-VAX16, model (P/N 861306) - I can't verify it based only on its USB Product ID as I'm not entirely sure whether it would differ between these two models.
