Is there anything that can be done to get HDMI video functioning on this HP Pavilion 10 10-f015au? (dmesg below)
After switching several times between virtual consoles with X11 running, it will begin to mostly mirror the laptop display on the HDMI device (a Toshiba Regza TV). It will be missing ten, maybe 15 big pixels at the top, left, and right borders.
