tedu deleted it at a hackathon last year: http://undeadly.org/cgi?action=article&sid=20140729070721 I know FreeBSD's Bluetooth implementation is tied into some sort of plugin-ish network stack framework that the devs (Theo, IIRC) don't like, so it can't be ported. I don't know about the situation with NetBSD. Anecdotally, it seems like Bluetooth isn't used much these days.
