For comparison, md5 -t: Time = 2.198556 seconds Speed = 45484399.760570 bytes/second I don't use IPsec, and I notice that Ubiquiti don't mention it as a selling point for the device. As for power, it's a 12W supply. I'll have to hook it up to a meter and measure. Update on that later. I would say it's an interesting alternative if you're specifically looking for a non-PC router. I'm not sure it's the best router platform in general.
