Hello, first time contributing to this wonderful project (if you may consider 
this silly thing as contributing).

On openbsd.org/policy.html, it reads as it follows:

> For historical reasons, the OpenBSD base system still includes the following 
> GPL-licensed components: 
> the GNU compiler collection (GCC) with supporting binutils and libraries, GNU 
> CVS, GNU texinfo, 
> the lynx text browser, the mkhybrid file system creation tool, and the 
> readline library.

And according to http://www.openbsd.org/faq/upgrade56.html#ToPorts , 'lynx' has 
been recently removed from base.

I hope I'm doing this in the right way.
