If you want the problem to be fixed quickly, please use the latest kernel, to help developpers debugging the problem. This helps everybody. If you have critical/urgent stuff to do on your machine, use an older kernel (or whatever kernel that doesn't panic), but this won't help developpers fixing the problem.
