Good day to everyone, I've had this problem [1] for sometime now (2+ years apparently). During the latest snapshot upgrade which I downloaded 30-10-2014, I decided to give a shot and boot without acpiec disabled. To my surprise it worked like a charm! Previously netlivelocks had really high values but expectedly calmed down once the ACPI was working properly. The perfpolicy is also kicking butts. Superb.
