There is a problem in OpenBSD 5.5 cwm with using pointers like cc->group->shortcut
without testing cc->group for being NULL This is (should be) fixed in current. It leads to crashes of cwm (in 5.5) but may be not the cause for what happens on your system. (Had been very annoying for me since it always had happend during beamer presentations at work :-) --Carsten
