No, OpenBSD doesn't support the installation of any kind of man pages.

Okokok, just kidding...  :-)

In OpenBSD-current, the following pages are installed by default
into the usual /usr/share/man/ tree:

 * aliases(5)
 * forward(5)
 * smtpd.conf(5)
 * table(5)
 * table_passwd(5)
 * makemap(8)
 * newaliases(8)
 * smtpctl(8)
 * smtpd(8)

Which ones are you searching for, and what kind and version of a
system are you working on?
