No, it also happens on wired interfaces.  IIRC, the routes you get
from a router advertisement have a limited lifetime.  When you
suspend and resume they have simply expired.  Calling rtsol from
/etc/apm/resume should take care of this.

It's been so many years since I actually looked at this the last
time that I forgot the details.  I thought there was a way to see
the expiration time, but now I can't find it.
