Giancarlo, Is there a way for me to determine if the upstream ISP router is misconfigured? nmap, wireshark, ???
I have no doubt it could be so, but they are not the friendliest bunch, so before I say your equipment doesn't work right I would like to have some proof. Suggestions on how to diagnose it is their malfunction MOST WELCOME.
