  1. Drug Combo Saves the Heart
    In-Depth Doctor's Interview
About 2 million patients each year come to the hospital with acute
coronary syndrome, says interventional cardiologist Debabrata
Mukherje from Unviersity of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Patients who come
to the hospital with worsening chest pain of this type are often
recommended one of four classes of drugs including aspirin,
beta-blockers, ACE inhibtors and statins. Dr. Mukherje studied
whether patients had a synergistic benefit from using all four
medications at once, and they did. She believes this should be
considered for secondary prevention methods. Full News Report >

hidden because teenagers are typically inexperienced with love
relationships, want independence from parents, have romanticized
views of relationships, and are influenced by peer pressure. Because
teenage dating violence crosses all racial, social and economic
backgrounds, religions and cultures, experts advise all adults to
learn how to recognize the problem as well as how to help solve the
    issue. Full News Report >
