LD_DEBUG is mentioned in ld.so(1), some of the resolver environment variables are mentioned in resolv.conf(5), HOSTALIASES is mentioned in hostname(7), but there's no manpage that talks about ASR_DEBUG or ASR_CONFIG, you would need to read the source code to find those.
