I read the upgrade guide for 5.4 and it recommends using install kernel, then follow upgrade steps. I booted to bsd.rd, chose upgrade. Selected ftp as location of sets (no cd), selected default server [ ftp5.usa.openbsd.org], for server directory I selected [pub/OpenBSD/5.4/i386]
I left all the sets selected (bsd bsd.rd and bsd.mp) After downloading I received: bsd.mp did not match what this bad.rd expected. Is there a part of the guide I am missing that may have the correct steps? Am I doing someone obviously wrong? I'm trying to get this box to run CERN's ROOT for school. I am quite new to running BSD. Thanks
