Virtually any intel chipset board works very well under OpenBSD. They are fully supported (except for subsystems that OpenBSD doesn't implement, bluetooth, firewire, etc) Most of these boards come with intel or realtek ethernet chips, intel AHCI works fine, intel graphics is well supported, etc.... The only possible exception would be very new boards with unsupported versions of ahci, graphics, and those will typically be supported very quickly.
