I was making some research in my free time about the different TCP congestion avoidance
algorithms and I couldn't find what OpenBSD uses in the current versions.

I know that GNU/Linux uses CUBIC and that OpenBSD used NewReno,
but how it works know?  can you select an algorithm manually
with any ctl?. Does PF manages this now?

I'm supposing that RED and the use of ECMs doesn't count as TCP congestion
avoidance or does it?
