I am having a problem with nginx. When I add a config file in a directory which is included in nginx.conf for a new user, I usually just do an nginx -s reload and it uses it. Recently that has been failing, but /etc/rc.d/nginx restart does work, indicating nothing wrong with the config. I'm not sure why this is happening. Any ideas?
