i agree. it's a little confusing, but if you read -B fully:

        -B maxblack
        The maximum number of concurrent blacklisted connections to
        allow in greylisting mode.  This value may not be greater
        than maxcon (see below).  The default is maxcon - 100.

i think the "(see below)" also indicates that maxcon (and it's value) is
described later.

but you were right about an error, claus: there was a full stop missing. ;)
