Yes, I'm sure. I'm moving this domain from another machine where I resolved the issue by changing the PTR for the IP address (adding www). But it's irrelevant, as it's the reverse I'm interested in. I'm not sure how to interpret your CNAME suggestion though - you can't define CNAMEs when other records exist (e.g. NS, SOA, MX, or what have you for @).
